The July 24th, 2015 (Friday) issue of the Tokyo Shimbun newspaper featured a special on headlamps in its "Anything Ranking" section on page 25. Amongst a stellar lineup of competitors, three Milestone products made it into the rankings!

Moreover, Milestone's MS-B1 "Advanced Model" took the top spot. This model is the most popular and standard model in the series. It has a brightness of 160 lumens (warm white) and is equipped with a white/red sub-LED. In third place is the MS-A2 "Standard Model," an ultra-lightweight model that uses a single AA alkaline battery and produces 70 lumens. Ranked eighth is the MS-B3 "Distance Sensor Model," an excellent product that detects objects and automatically adjusts brightness. This item has recently become popular among trail runners.

We received a happy comment from the sales floor: "Milestone products from a domestic manufacturer that entered the market this year are popular as summer mountain climbing season approaches." Headlamps are an essential item for everyone when it comes to mountain climbing. Try to find a product that offers a good balance of brightness, performance, and price.
