Last weekend, we headed to the Kanto region. Our manager, Yoshida of milestone TERADACHO, was running the 100-mile section of the " 10th Trenic World 100mile & 100km in Saitama Prefecture, 2025/5/17-18, " so Yoshida and Haruka went to the venue.

I went off to say hello to some shops in Tokyo to announce milestone TERADACHO's 2nd anniversary event, "RUN+MUSIC vol.2," which will be held on June 28th (Sat) and 29th (Sun). First, I went to the STRIDE LAB Takao store.

Next door was Living Dead Aid, run by Answer4. By chance, Koba himself was there, and we had a lively conversation about various topics, including overseas events and domestic races.

I went to say hello to the reception party being held for "Tycoon Running," a running specialty store that had just opened on Spain Hill in Shibuya. ZEN-LA-ROCK was on the wheel of steel, and Imai, the representative of Tycoon Running, was on the 1st and 2nd.

There were many people involved in the running industry, and it was fun to make various connections.

Then, early the next morning, at New Sunpia Koshigoe, the players were silently preparing in a tense atmosphere.

Our store manager, Yoshida, is here before the start. He looks a little nervous.

It started early in the morning and continued to rain lightly until the evening.

Haruka, who joined Team Milestone in April, will be the supporter. She efficiently prepares the food, disposes of the trash, and prepares the headlamps.

Yoshida has just returned from riding North 1 and South 1. He is now at the 108km mark. He looks a little tired, but that's understandable. The distance, speed, and cumulative elevation gain are equivalent to riding the Omine Okugake Trail in about 20 hours.

He looked refreshed after changing all his clothes. From here, he acted as a pacer and ran the 54km course of South2 together with us.

However, perhaps because of accumulated fatigue, he seemed to be struggling with the climb. His mind was screaming. His eyes were unfocused, and for some reason he was clutching the bottom of his T-shirt tightly.

However, there are always ups and downs in a 100-mile race. I recovered in the second half, and when I reached the top of the final boss, Mt. Tenkaku, my expression said, "I did it!"

And then we took a commemorative photo at the very last Mt. Otakatori. It was the moment when we could see the finish line.

Manager Yoshida passed on the first try. I had heard he was going to do it, but he really did it! That's amazing. He practiced an extraordinary amount, maintained his motivation, and had a detailed race plan. I've always seen him working hard next to me, so I'm happy for him as if it were my own achievement. Above all, I was really happy that the three members of Team Milestone were able to reach the finish line. Congratulations again, Yoshi!

The emotional goal scene was broadcast live on Instagram at @milestone81_official . *The post before the most recent one is about that. He then laughed and said, "After this, I'm going to drive back to Osaka and record the podcast @weekly_milestone late at night."
