Last weekend, on my way to the Trail Open Air Demo held in Ome City, Tokyo, I stopped off in Shizuoka for a photo session on Mount Fuji with ITJ (Izu Trail Journey) champion, Yuya Kawasaki.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad (rain, fog, and cold), making it difficult to take photos, but we managed to get some good shots within the limited time we had.

When we got down to the ground, the weather was fine and a pleasant spring breeze was blowing. We paid a courtesy visit to the ATC Store in Shizuoka.

At the entrance, there are a number of prestigious manufacturer logos, and milestone has been selected to join them. We are truly happy. Thank you, Ashigawa-san!

As we talked about various things, time flew by and I considered heading to Tokyo, but I still wanted to try Fujinomiya's specialty, "Fujinomiya Yakisoba," so I asked a cliched question: "What restaurant do you recommend?" (lol)

There were still 20-30 minutes left until closing time, so we went to a restaurant recommended by Ashigawa-san,

Things like this happen. I should have done my research! I thought to myself, so I contacted them again and went to the second recommended restaurant.

It was delicious. Lol.

On the way to Ome City, Mount Fuji seemed to be in a bad mood and we were unable to see it.

We then headed to Ome City's Railway Park, where we met up with Mr. Takeya from New Hale. We're both participating in the TDT (Tour du Tomo) 100-mile race, which will be held at the end of May. TDT is a group run organized by Tomokazu Ihara, also known as Tomo-san, who has set a goal of completing 100 100-mile races in his lifetime. The time limit is 24 hours. We headed for Mt. Takamizu to test out this trail section.

Along the way, a chamois came to visit us.

At Jofuku-in Temple, the halfway point, beautiful flowers were in bloom. I don't usually take photos of flowers, but they were so beautiful that I had to snap a photo.

And the layout for the Trail Open Air Demo was like this.

There are no particular photos, but many people stopped by our booth. Thank you very much.

In the evening, ZERO LIMIT NIGHT was held. This was the main event for us as a headlamp manufacturer. Many people got to try out our flagship headlamp, the Trailmaster, and the recently released collaboration item with Pargo Works, the Trailmaster + RUSH Light.

It was truly beautiful to see all 100 people climbing the trail, and it was great to see Milestone's slogan, "Lighting Your Way."

As we ran, we listened to the participants' thoughts.

It was quite a whirlwind tour, but it felt like a training camp and the days were very fulfilling. Thank you to everyone who helped out. See you again!
