milestone Original Cap MSC-015

MSC-015 is a new specification for the classic MSC-013, a staple of the milestone original cap series. The soft color scheme makes it a design that can be worn by both men and women. It also features a new one-point logo and "LIGHTING YOUR WAY" embroidered on the brim's underside.

■About the Wire Brim

The brim of the hat incorporates a wire, allowing it to retain any shape you desire.
Even when wearing a headlamp, if you point the brim downwards, the light won't be obstructed and can illuminate your path.

 ■About the Shape

Because the overall head shape differs between Westerners and Japanese people, even with the same head size, wearing a cap can feel unnatural.
Westerners: Narrow head width, protruding back of the head / Japanese: Wide head width, many people with flat backs of the head.

*Many traditional running caps were slender, making the faces of Japanese wearers appear larger.

■What causes a face to look larger?

Wearing a cap that is narrower than the cheekbones can make the cheeks appear to protrude, making the entire face look larger.
Conversely, if the cap is wider than the cheekbones, the cheeks will appear slimmer, creating a smaller face effect.

 ■About the Depth

The position of the ears differs between Westerners and Japanese people.
Westerners: Higher ear position / Japanese: Lower ear position.

 ■Commitment to Cap Shape

For the reasons mentioned above, we use a wider brim that suits Japanese head sizes and have designed the cap after researching the ideal depth for a comfortable fit.

To prevent deformation, we recommend "hand washing" and "flat drying in the shade."
Please also note that even with the same size indication, the feel when worn may vary slightly due to fabric material factors (such as hard/soft, thin/thick).
