Even though it's September, the hot weather continues. Now, let's talk about our podcast program "Weekly Milestone.com" which is broadcast every Monday.

In the program's "letter corner," a listener wrote

We received a request to create a playlist at 180 BPM that would allow people to run at a good tempo .

It was then that I discovered for the first time that searching for "BPM 180" on the music platform Spotify would reveal a selection of easy-to-run music...so there was no need for me to make it myself.

So I thought, " Let's try making an original BPM 180 using the sound I'm good at!"
