Regular readers of the trail running magazine "RUN+TRAIL" may have already checked it out, but this year's project, "milestone presents... HOW TO ENJOY THE NIGHT TRAIL," is now in its third year.

We asked Ryuji Oyamada, also known as "Ryu-G," who has been a Trail Master user for quite some time and is the owner of the trail running shop "Michi ga Massugu" in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and one of the founders of MUJIN100 and Three Peaks Yatsugatake, to help us with our interview.

The Trail Master has been used in various long races, and the scratches on the body have aged well. And yet, it has never malfunctioned during filming. We, the manufacturer, were very happy to hear such words.

As a pre-shooting meeting, we discussed whether we should shoot in the city rather than in the mountains, and headed to the bicycle parking lot in front of the shop. I love the way the natural light comes in.

And always guide me on the path I take.

In the end, he even took me to the mountain I always go to. Lol I'm attracted to this smile lol

Something Oyamada said during the interview made a big impression on me: "During the race, I turn on the quick dial system to tell myself that the night section is about to begin."

He said he ran in low mode (80 lumens) all night during one race and had no problems.

1) It looks brighter than the specs suggest.

2) There's no need to replace the battery.

3) I'm not going that fast...

But the speed at which I took the photo was incredible, and it came down at full speed, so I quickly increased the shutter speed and took the photo.

We were also shown around the holy land of the famous "Brazilian training."

It was a fun time with laughter throughout the breaks in filming. Thank you to Oyamada-san for your cooperation with the interview!
