There were three courses: 180km (21 laps of 8.6km), 120km (14 laps of 8.6km), and 60km (7 laps of 8.6km), and a stellar lineup of guests participated.

It is rare to see world-class athletes up close, let alone race alongside them. That is what makes the Kurondo Rondo race so interesting.

The cumulative elevation gain was 10,500m, 7,000m, and 3,500m, making it a fairly moderate course. The night view and the morning glow were beautiful, but I didn't have time to enjoy them this time.

I participated as a runner.

Actually (just between you and me), this was my first time participating in a race wearing a headlamp. lol This race had all the conditions that suited me at the moment. It started at 9:30pm (headlamp required), had a distance of 60km, a time limit of 14 hours, and was held in my hometown of Osaka, so I thought it would be a good challenge and decided to participate.

By chance, I bumped into Doi on his 20th lap, and we ran 1.5 laps (about 12-13km) together. It was a very valuable experience.
As a result, thanks to the practice runs, secret training, and the encouragement from many people during the race, I was able to reach the finish line safely in 12 hours and 15 minutes. I am truly grateful.
Also, this time we have Itsuko Kamimiya and

We also had Iino Wataru take part in the race as a trial run for the Trail Master headlamp.

I also saw many people wearing the milestone original cap during the race. It made me really happy. Thank you everyone!

Thank you to sotoaso, everyone at CROSS-D, the volunteers, the marshal runners' Tuesday practice group, and everyone at Sigaumarra for making this a wonderful tournament.

I had a great time as a vendor, photographer, and runner. lol. It was a great event and I definitely want to participate again next year. Please watch the video below and prepare for next year.
