A cold wave has been hitting the country over the past few days, so I hope you're all staying healthy and safe. Next week, milestone will be holding a group run for three consecutive nights in Hiroshima, Okayama, and Kobe from December 22nd (Tue) to December 24th (Thu).

The instructor was of course none other than milestone ambassador Doi.

Doi, who recently appeared on NHK BS1ch's "GREATRACE," will be giving some tips on climbing and descending depending on the situation.
