The other day, I went to a town called Annecy in France. When you think of France, you probably think of Paris, Lyon, and Marseille, right?

The first reason for this trip was to visit my French friend Remy, who previously lived in Osaka for about two years.

He is an adventure racer and a nice guy with a friendly personality who has achieved good results in various competitions.

When I left Japan, I promised her that I would definitely come and see her.

He has actually modeled for milestone before. This photo was taken at Ashiya Rock Garden.

Another purpose, like every year, is to take photos for the new product catalog.

This year in particular I was thinking about taking photos of the “ Trailmaster .”

Actually, I was editing a Trail Master video in Japan at the same time (I will upload that at the end of July).

I wanted to use a drone to capture some spectacular footage to include in the video, so I spoke to Remy.

Then I found out that he had a friend who was a professional camera crew (videography and drone photography also available) called Peignee Verticale , so I asked him to introduce me to them straight away, and explained our purpose and aspirations to them. I then immediately sent them a prototype sample.

As you'd expect from a trail runner, and also a professional group that shoots videos for various companies , they clearly proposed a scenario, schedule, etc.

On the day of the shoot, I greet the photographer and model and head to the location.

Everyone except me is French. The director gives precise instructions to the two models.

I just kept climbing a mountain called La Tournette.

He controls the drone smoothly with skillful piloting.

The photography technique is also excellent.

Use different cameras depending on the purpose.

We accompanied them on this journey and created a promotional video.

I am so happy with the finished product, which far exceeded my expectations. I truly hope to work with them again next time.

I would definitely recommend you to see it.

As an aside, the frame I gave Remy when I left Japan is hanging on the wall of his home.
