■8th (Sun) Teppan Shokudo Macky POP UP
Teppan Shokudo Macky, a popular Kobe restaurant run by owner Macky, who is also a trail runner, will be visiting us! They will be serving their famous "Tropical Chicken Plate," an adaptation of Jamaican jerk chicken.
The Teradacho Jogging Club will also be holding a session on the same day from 9:30am. After a fun morning jog, why not recover with some delicious chicken seasoned with spices and herbs?

■ Thursday, 19th: Teradacho Jogging Club (TJC)
This night jog is open to both first-timers and regulars. Enjoy a 5km run through the nightlife of Osaka at a pace of 7-8 minutes per kilometer. No reservations are required; the meeting time is 7:00 PM, with the scheduled departure time at 7:30 PM.
