Time flies, and there are only three days left in the year. 2018 was a year of big changes for our company.
As many of you may already know, on August 5th of this year, after approximately three years of planning, we were able to release a product called "MS-F1: Trail Master."
Development advisors Ryo Doi and Yuko Yada wore the prototype and took on the challenge of the UTMF-Ultra Trail Mt. Fuji, the pinnacle of trail running, in April.
On a personal note, it was actually the first time I had ever watched a trail running race, and I can still recall the excitement and thrill I felt at the time.
Actually, one month before UTMF (in March), I participated in an event called TOAD4 (Trail Open Air Demo 4) for the first time and was able to get to know a lot of people.

On the night of the event, there was a night run event called ALTRA presents... ZERO LIMIT NIGHT, where milestone participated with several prototypes alongside strong competitors such as PETZL, BLACKDIAMOND, and ULTRASPIRE.

In June, a promotional video was shot in France.
The French crew PEIGNEE VERTICALE is a professional group that shoots music videos for leading manufacturers such as Hoglofs, Salomon, and Hoka. And now they're shooting a music video for Trail Master! It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Some of you may have seen it ( here ), but it's a really good finish lol

Then there's this race, the Japanese Mountain Endurance Race Hasegawa Tsuneo CUP, commonly known as Hasetsune. I've also participated in various races where a headlamp is required.
Izu Trail Journey, headlamps on, ready to start. I photographed the runners from this angle. It's a real pleasure to be a headlamp manufacturer. Lol
We also actively participated in group runs with the cooperation of stores across the country.
Sotoaso (Osaka) → Michi ga Massugu (Yamanashi) → STRIDELAB (Tokyo) → MONKEYCREW (Kyoto) → ATCStore (Shizuoka)

We had many people try out the Trail Master and talk to them.
And above all, I was really happy to meet people wearing Trail Masters at each trail running race.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude.
So, this year was a "trail master year." Next year, I would like to participate more actively in events, races, group runs, etc., so I hope to see everyone from all over the country again next year.
Have a happy new year!
