The weather has suddenly become pleasant and spring-like, and it feels like the season has finally begun!

As for the progress of milestone TERADACHO , after two years of planning, the exterior is finally complete.

From the vacant lot to getting to this point, there were many decisions to be made, and it feels like it's finally finished! But to be honest, I'm relieved that the new office building is complete and exactly what I envisioned.

Even so, it's impressive that such an impressive building has been completed in this downtown area, giving it quite a presence.

Recently, it has become a daily routine and one of my pleasures to watch the craftsmen demonstrate their utmost skills.

The other day, I was talking with a plasterer working on the stairs in our store (a veteran who has been in the business for decades, it's no exaggeration to say), and I was so captivated by his skill that I couldn't help but say,

Me) How many years have you been doing this?

Craftsman) Why?

Me) No, the finish is so beautiful.

Craftsmanship) Experience doesn't matter, "The most important thing is how beautifully you want to finish it!"

He said this and I watched him with a serious look on his face as he sharpened the corners of the stairs.

Those thoughts and feelings were fully conveyed, and I was reminded that there are many stories to be told at a construction site where so many craftsmen come and go.
