How to exchange color and size of products purchased online

Exchanges are only accepted within 7 business days of receiving the product, and only for unused products (only tried on indoors) with no missing or damaged product accessories such as the tag or bag containing the product.

Returning products purchased from our online store

Shipping method

Combined shipping for separately purchased products

We are unable to combine two orders into one shipment, so please cancel your order and place a new combined order.

Repairs and Product Care

How to request product repair

Repair process ① Request a repair Please provide a photo of the area to be repaired along with the period of use and usage conditions.
② Estimate Once we have confirmed the repair details, we will send you an estimate of the repair method, cost, and delivery time via email.
③Shipping Please confirm the estimate and send the item for repair with shipping charges prepaid.
④ Repair completion, return, and payment Once the repair is complete, we will ship the repaired item to you via cash on delivery. The repair cost will be confirmed at that time.

*milestone does not own its own factories, and therefore outsources repairs to tears and other damage to apparel products to third-party repair companies.

Estimated repair costs

・Apparel products - Repairing tears: 2,000-5,000 yen, Zipper repair: 5,000-8,000 yen ・Headlamps - In most cases, replacement with a new one will incur a fee, in which case we will charge half the price of the product plus a 1,000 yen handling fee for shipping and handling.

UP-Swing Rain Series Care

If mud or sebum gets stuck inside the waterproof/breathable membrane, it will not be able to perform as well as it should, so be sure to wash it frequently.
When washing your clothes in the washing machine, use a gentle cycle such as the "delicates" cycle to wash delicate clothing with a mild detergent and a weak water flow.
The water-repellent properties of the fabric can be restored after washing by applying heat using a dryer, hairdryer, or iron with a cloth.

Heatwave TITANIUM Series Care

When washing your clothes in the washing machine, use a gentle cycle such as the "delicates" cycle to wash delicate clothing with a mild detergent and a weak water flow.
The water-repellent properties of the outer fabric can be restored after washing by applying heat using a dryer, hairdryer, or iron with a cloth.
We recommend storing it on a hanger. If it is stored in a compressed state for a long period of time, the padding will become flattened and will not be able to recover its loft, which will result in a decrease in its heat retention.
When storing for a long period of time, avoid storing in plastic clothing cases, plastic bags, etc. Store in a place that is not exposed to direct sunlight, has low humidity, and is well-ventilated.

Cap Care

We recommend hand washing. If the brim wire breaks, we cannot repair it, so if you use a washing machine, please do so at your own risk.

Headlamp Battery Care

If the product gets wet or is left in a humid place for a long time, please make sure to dry it immediately after use (to prevent rust).
