Please read the following guide regarding international shipping, payments, and returns before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods We ship from Japan to customers worldwide. The shipping carrier depends on the destination:

United States: Shipped via FedEx.

Important: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via FedEx. Please provide a physical street address.

Other Countries: Shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
2. Product Restrictions (Lithium-ion Batteries) We DO NOT ship products containing lithium-ion batteries internationally. Please ensure your order contains only dry-cell battery models, apparel, or accessories. If an international order contains a restricted item (lithium-ion battery product), we may cancel the order or ask you to modify it.
3. Shipping Address

Please input your name and address in English (Roman characters).

Orders placed with non-English characters (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic) may be delayed or canceled due to system limitations.
4. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's status.
Important Notice: Duties & Taxes

Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be levied by your local customs office upon the package’s arrival. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Policies: Regulations vary widely by country. Please verify details with your local customs office before ordering.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, entry refusals, or local delivery situations.

Returns due to Unpaid Duties: If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay duties/taxes or refused delivery, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Reshipping costs will be charged if you request re-delivery.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind) once placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.

Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this 3-day period.
