The other day, I went on a quick trip to Europe for some business.

The destination is the Netherlands.

And then there's France.

I also went there to take photos for next year's catalog, but whenever I have free time I always head to local outdoor shops.
First, there is a restaurant called KATHMANDU in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is a little far from the center of the city, but it is a really good restaurant.

The next place we went to was BEVER .

This store had a stylish layout.
The headlamp layout is like this. It feels a little lacking in volume.

A few days later, we moved to France.
I've actually been to the Paris store of Au Vieux Campeur , the best in the area, before, and the scale of the store was incredible. I remember there were about 16 stores in one corner of Paris.

The store's layout is similar to Sakaiya Sports in Tokyo.
The area is divided into various sections, including a shoe section, clothing section, camping section, bag section, and marine sports section.
This time we went a little further and visited the Lyon store.

Just like in Paris, there are specialty stores lined up in one corner of the area.
Of course, our destination was the hall lined with headlamps.

There were many products lined up here that are not available in Japan, such as that model from that brand that has the world's top market share, and that model from that other powerful brand.
There are also products from a certain European brand that is known for its incredible brightness, so it's full of excitement.

The headlamp display looks like this. It's a pretty innovative way of showing it.
It's made of a soft, sponge-like material and is removable, making it a great learning experience.

The staff were also very helpful.
Of course, we also showed off our own products to promote them❗lol

Also, take a look at the large French retailer "DECATHLON",

These are mass-produced, so they are very cheap. The products are basically sold without packaging. I learned a lot.
Look forward to our next European whirlwind tour - Gourmet news!
