The first race of the Golden Trail World Series, which SALOMON is holding in eight countries around the world, was held at Mount Maya in Nada Ward, Kobe, so I went to watch the much talked about "KOBE TRAIL."

The course is a 21km short race with four loops (each a different route) based at Kususeidai on Mount Maya.

Just before the start, an MC welcomed the elite runners, and the excitement in the venue rose instantly.
This is an exciting event where you can watch the world's top athletes race up close and multiple times.

In the women's division, domestic athletes Takako Takamura (4th place) and Honoka Akiyama (7th place) ran strong.

And the top female winner was SARA ALONSO (Spain).

He showed a powerful run

In the men's division, Ueda Rui and Omi Ryunosuke fought hard. For the first time, we were also able to see Ogasawara Koken running.

Ryunosuke Omi, who has been training overseas, came in fifth place.

Ogasawara Koken came in 8th place.

Ueda Rui came in 9th place.

Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed the urban trail running entertainment event "KOBE TRAIL," which is about an hour away from our base in Teradacho, Osaka.

I was also happy to meet many acquaintances at the venue, making it a fun and enjoyable weekend.
Well, next week is finally FUJI100. I'm looking forward to it ☆
