Time flies and there are only a few days left until 2021 is over. Another year has flown by in the blink of an eye. I feel I can say this because I have had a very fulfilling time both in my personal and professional life. In terms of work, I am working on the Trailmaster + RUSH Light, a product of milestone x Paagoworks , which was released this spring.

This "waist light" was jointly developed by utilizing each company's areas of expertise. It has become a must-have item for night trails. Trail Master users have commented that it's great to be able to share batteries!

Also, in the apparel line, the "milestone original cap" has been worn by many people. I've been seeing it a lot on the mountain and on the road. Whenever I see it, I say hello to people lol.

I also had the opportunity to support Doi twice this year (at LAKE BIWA100 and TAMBA100). As a top athlete, I was able to experience firsthand the importance of providing a comfortable and prompt response to Doi as he returned to the aid station each time.

And personally, I was able to experience fastpacking for the first time on the Omine Okugake Trail, the most difficult trail in the Kansai region (from Yoshino Station in Nara Prefecture to Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine in Wakayama Prefecture), for three days and two nights. Carrying all my food, clothing and shelter with me, walking and running for 100km was a very refreshing and fun experience. *But in reality, it was extremely tough, haha.

We also have our weekly "Wednesday Grape Hill Training πŸ‡." Running with the friends we have here, even on rainy or snowy days, is sure to inspire each other and improve our skills. It's even better now that we're seeing more new members.

Finally, there was the TDT100 held in December. It was my first ever 100-mile challenge. The time limit was 24 hours, which was a tough condition, but thanks to everyone's help, I was able to reach the finish line just in time (both physically and in terms of time).

So, 2021 has flown by in a flash. I would like to continue to give my all in both my work and personal life next year lol.

I'm a little biased, but the long-awaited running shorts (Natty Shorts) will be released in the spring of 2022. What does "Natty" mean? It means "beautiful, stylish" in English, and is also Jamaican slang for "natural." *Quoted from Bob Marley's classic album "Natty Dread." Because these shorts are original productions, everything from fabric selection to pattern, specifications, and size grading was new to me, but I was able to learn a lot. They come in unisex sizes: S, M, and L. They come in three colors: Charcoal (black), Mugwort (olive), and Fox (brown). (Scheduled for release from late March to early April)

We will also be unveiling the second collaboration T-shirt with STAMP RUN&CO., and the second series of original socks (scheduled for release in February 2022). And our most anticipated headlamp, the MS-i1: Endurance Model / 1000 lumens, has turned out really nicely, so look forward to it! *Scheduled for release around April or May 2022. We will gradually update information on social media once the new year begins.

I also want to actively participate in long trail races. I look forward to meeting you all again at events and races. Happy New Year!
