Starting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11th, we will be hosting the Ikoma Night Trail with trail runner Ryo Doi.

We are sure to hear some valuable stories from someone who was actually involved in the product development of our flagship model, the Trail Master. *Headlamps will also be available for rental on the day.

A night trail event will be held on Mt. Ikoma, which offers a panoramic view of the Osaka Plain. From those new to night trails to those preparing for long trails, this event is designed to help participants fully and safely enjoy night trails, one of the joys of trail running. The instructor will be Ryo Doi, a leading Japanese trail runner from Osaka who has achieved excellent results in trail races both domestically and internationally, including the UTMF/UTMB. Milestone, a light brand from Osaka, will be provided as headlamp support.

Instructor: Ryo Doi Athlete: He played basketball as a student and started running when he was in his 30s. He started as part of his marathon training and won a trail running race, which led to him achieving excellent results, including victories, in numerous races, and he is currently active as a top runner representing Japan in overseas races. We will collect the fee at the meeting point, so please make sure you pay the exact amount.

Target participants: People with trail running experience (running ability not required)
*Running ability varies from person to person, and as this is a nighttime event, the participants will be participating as a group.

Course: To be announced on the day. *This is a one-way course, so luggage will be transported to the finish line. There will be toilet breaks along the way.

What to bring: Cold weather gear (equivalent to lightweight down jacket)
・Long pants or spats ・Rain jacket (and pants if rain is forecast)
・Emergency sheet ・First aid ・Snacks ・500ml of water
・ Spare lights (Milestone lights will be available for loan on the day, but please bring your own. If you do not have one, spare lights will be available for loan.)

The race will proceed even in light rain. In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, Doi will be present at Runners Bar Aoi Tsukijin for a lecture on headlamps and other matters.
